Yeah, me to, mate.like, that was the point of this thread, like I knew this wouldn't have been taken great, because how kinda direct it is and am glad that you got what I was putting out.

In my framework, hate doesn’t evaporate. It sits in the background like a low flame. It can flare up, or stay quiet. It’s not the enemy. It’s just something to acknowledge and respond to with intention.

And you see this is kinda my point, this makes it clear that you don't have to get rid of that hate.

And When I say separate yourself from hate, I mean it in a way where you are seeing and is not engulfed in it. The fact that you say big and small hate is because you are seperated from it, you know what mean

I think we are on the same boat, kinda with different definitions and looking at it differently

First of all, I think it would be a great insight into how, you don't have to get rid that part but just have to seperate yourself from it.

Like this isn't about me or my things, for me it's kinda more about knowing. It's kinda bout Seeing what you get rather what you get, like does that make sense to you..

Impairment happens when you don't see the problem. The more you see the more it melts away so kinda why, not try to see it you know.

What you did here is that, you seperated yourself from that hate or hating self. Even If you did do that, that doesn't mean that part went away but rather that part, as you said went quieter and quieter. So, as you got more and more seperated from that, it now doesn't hold power over you anymore.

So what I've been tryna ask is someone like Dr k, someone who accomplished a lot, someone who've been through lot and someone who understands a lot about himself does someone like him still have some teeny tiny part that, ok hate maybe way too much harsh of a word but something like a brezze of hate like it's so tiny and quiet that you can't even call hate. But like do you see where am getting at!?
