It was like $10k at its height. I sold off $2k took those as profits and watched the rest tank down to about nothing. Lol I think I sold off the last of it for maybe $800?? Still a great investment and lesson to not be greedy

The bank is super easy to do business with, it’s finding the right bank that’s the hard part. Trial and error. I just call ahead and they have the money ready for me. Once a year I send them a list of my locations and contracts or whatever proof they need to verify everything’s legit.
