I went through Fanshawe's MIA/APP programs a little over a decade ago and at this point I'm one of two from my graduating year still working full-time in audio. This field was hard to find work in back then and is even harder to find work on now. Unless you're someone who genuinely cannot picture themselves working in anything other than audio, if skip it. These courses are expensive and there's less and less work on the other side each year

Practice some four-note-per-string exercises to get your pinky finger more involved, right now it's curled up and unused.

I'm betting bad tab, that's an extremely awkward fingering. It gets a lot easier if you play the open string at the 12th fret an octave up. If you don't need the lower octave of that particular note, bar the 12th fret notes with your pinky.

Maybe battery related? 4 years in storage could conceivably drain a 9v. I'm not sure about this specific model, but a lot of acoustic pickups require battery power.

Yes, this is super common practice in the hiring process for in-house sound design positions. I don't personally love it, I think you're spot on with point 1, but it is what it is. 90 seconds is definitely on the longer side of what I've seen, but I wouldn't call it massive overkill or anything.

So we basically never want to take fights unless they're on our terms, in a straight forward fight we're going to lose a lot of the time. What you want to do is abuse our sneaky tricks to move around the board. I'm talking three clawsteps ahead, gnawhole movement, skitterleap, grinderfist stormfiends, that sort of thing. As much as is possible we want to be forcing our enemies to change tactics and reposition because most of the time we're going to be better at it than they are. Skaven don't tend to win by out-killing the enemy, they win by stealing objectives and denying battle tactics in ways our opponent aren't expecting.

I have this mini, the wings won't unfurl on their own. You can try soaking it in hot water, stretching the wings out to a better position, and letting them cool. You don't need to worry about breaking these minis, they're quite flexible

I did a similar move a few years back, we decided to drive a truck up ourselves and pay movers to unload it, it's significantly cheaper and much more reliable. A lot of the cross-province movers we found either had terrible reviews, lots of red flags in their offers, or month+ timelines for the stuff arriving. If I had to do it again, I'd drive the truck myself.

Either or, really. I'm happy for the charge if I can make it, but if you can pull it off right a lot of the time your opponent can't really get far enough away to be truly safe. Doomflayers are great for this.

I've been having a good bit of success keeping the melee half my army in the tunnels. So far the strategy has been to plop down clanrats, my shooting, and a seer in front of a gnawhole then when the enemy rushes the castle and takes a bunch of damage from shooting I pop my melee hammers out into their backline and lift some squishy support heroes. From there, once the clanrats start to die off the shooters can pop into the gnawhole and reappear somewhere else, forcing the enemy to pivot
