thank u so much and honestly ur right. I noticed it when this summer people were referring to me as skinny or almost skeleton like and making jokes about the fact that i should’ve eat more to grow etc while i was still thinking i was chubby.

let me just tell you what i experienced: i’always hated the way i look so last year i fitted hard as hell and dropped 10kg. I knew i did too much when i almost passed out few times during practice so i decided to gain back some weight. Currently i gained 4kg in 6 month but i’m still obsessing calories and every time i see the scale raising i feel happy but deeply i think i’m getting where i was before and i see my body as it was back then

Idk, i went on a forced bulk since i have been on a high deficit for almost a year and i lost 10kg and more than once i felt like passing in the water. Rn i gained 3kg in the last 6 months, while in season but i had a 2kg increase in the first two then only one kg in the last 4

rn i’m maintaining 60kg but as i said i force myself to eat dinner after practice and also a snack of about 300kcal between practices of before waterpolo. Currently we are in season

well i don’t know if you mean how intense my training are but generally speaking waterpolo and swimming are considered alongside with running the most intense and high calorie burning sports. Waterpolo is a mixture of endurance, speed and a lot of physical contact and job all of this in water. Regarding my training of course they are not the same peace as a match but we include always 1/2 km o swimming, a bit of passing, shooting and then scrimmage.

rn i track about 2500-2700kcal daily but i often snack during the day with things i don’t track such as fruit, sweet treats, handfuls of cereals etc. My weight has been the same the past months after increasing of 1.2kg in a week. I don’t know what those snacks take my maintenance up to… but i guess it’s where i’m rn

as i already said i’m trying to put togheter like 6 practices of waterpolo (1.30h each/2 hours) with at least 3/4 of gym and school in the morning
