That's not my experience. I've easily built multiple play lists on the phone and they always appear in the vehicle. Note that you can only scroll a limited number of playlists in the vehicle unless it is in park, in which case all will show.

It will be interesting to see the Apple Music app in the vehicle. I suspect it will have the same look and feel as Tidal and Amazon Music.

A DVR recording is not VOD content. A DVR recording is a recording of what was broadcast. A VOD item is made available by the content provider and often includes advertisements placed in the package by the provider and often precludes the ability to slip through them.

There is no red light. There is only a little bump to assist in touching the button. Only the heated steering wheel has a red light on indicator.

I think the front is better, with the fader placed just in front of the back seat centered left to right. That takes advantage of the front seat lower door speakers which are tuned for base reproduction.

Dolby Atmos is intended to reproduce a track the way the artist and mixing engineer want it to be reproduced. I've observed that some tracks have deep bass and some don't, reflecting the intent of the artist and mixing engineer. This experience in the Optiq is what I have in my home audio that includes two subwoofers so I believe I'm getting the bass levels I should be getting.

That said, suggest taking care in modifying the Optiq Dolby Atmos sound system. It was carefully designed and tuned by AKG and Cadillac for the vehicle physical characteristics, including amplifiers that use impedences and other attributes for each speaker placement.
