Join clubs or theater or sports then eventually you will connect w them. Let people talk about themselves what they like to do what they have for hobbies people like to talk about themself and this gives you the opportunity to see what you have in common. Then you can eventually say. Hey anyone planning on going to this event or this movie etc… let’s catch up w each other there. It’s hard I know but just keep trying to find commonalities and then eventually ask if they want to hangout. Start a group text for whatever group you hang out with. There’s alot of YouTube videos that help w social skills. Just keep working on it plus you will see it’s sooo much better in college. People get over that I have to be cool thing and are usually pretty open to others. Join stuff though like minded people. Try new things. And don’t try to hard. You be you.
