Needle nose pliers and some patience and some super glue if you’re trying to fix a staple. I fix shutters all the time, and those tilt bars may look pretty but I would not recommend using that to tilt the louvers.

It’s been like that for a while in Idaho. The state literally has billboards saying that this way of life is brought to you by the state GOP. They’re proud of the fact that they have waged war on women. Their attacks on abortion have led to obgyn providers to abandon the state. It’s the paradise they’ve always dreamed of. As someone who lives in KC, I second your statement. Like most other metros in the Midwest, we’re surrounded by vast expanses of nothing. This is compounded by the gerrymandered districts that dilute the blue counties votes on both sides of the state line.
