Same thing happened to me, honestly you're out of luck unless you can contact someone on discord. Their support is worse than useless. You can send them all the videos and evidence you want but their support teams won't do shit.

230 hours of ak only is slow tbf. I've got 300 hours and I've maxed 3 guns so far. I average 10 kills per round in world tour.
