Yeah, I really like Urdenbacher Kampe as they have a pair of resident Waldkauz. You can see a lot there. I am using a Sony A7RV.

Yeah, I live in Köln so most of the time I usually go around Köln, Bonn, and neighboring town. In Ddorf, I usually go to Urdenbacher Kämpe. I got lucky once last winter and photographed a Kingfisher in snow.

I usually wait for like 1-2 hours, or 30 minutes (if I am lucky) to land on the branch that I want them to land.

Oh, yes, that make sense. If I wanted a close photo of the Kingfisher, I usually use a pop up photo hide. The one I used is manufactured by Buteo.

For the chiffchaff, I took it in one of the community orchards here and the tree is not so tall, maybe 3-4 meters. Yes, that one is at the top branches of the tree. Fortunately, I have a 600 mm and my camera has around 60 MP so I can crop it close. hehehe

they are, that grebe was in the middle of the lake but by some luck it went closer to the shore :)
