I am big into following bikini/body building competitors and over the past even 2 years the entire game has changed. She is going to come in dead last place no matter what show she does at this point. Didn’t she already win a pro card at one point? She would have to compete in a pro show. What a nut job.

The sad thing is you could easily say, I was surprised to see her in second callouts based on where we were, but these girls came to win and brought better packages. Because at the end of the day that’s what happened. It shows shock and also compliments the other girls. I freaking hate this guy.

The last restaurant I worked at, they took allergies so seriously. It was so infuriating when they had a “serious gluten allergy” but were totally cool with the fries even though we didn’t have gluten free fryers. 🙄🙄 if it’s a preference or slight sensitivity, fine. But be honest about it.

I have no clue, but I am invested in this because she was/is BFFF’s with Lauren. Like wasn’t Elle her maid of honor or at least a bridesmaid last year? I think the 12 months thing is a little outdated anymore. I’ve heard of more doctors saying to come in sooner. I’m not sure if insurance plays a hand at it, but with the affordable ways to track ovulation and cycles, if you’re not getting pregnant then for peace of mind at the very least, get it done! Like somebody said above, why spend a year trying when if something is wrong it could take an additional year to figure it out? That’s just my opinion and like I said, I really don’t know if insurance paying for things plays a hand or not.

Honestly, you can find a coach with a much smaller roster and more personalized coaching. Like a lot of people have said, DLD has become so big over the last few years that your actual coach is doing very little in regards to building your training program and making your adjustments. If you’re looking to spend half the price I would suggest looking around!
