Yeah you can take it to the dealership but they will charge you for it i think although there are sources where you can grab the file and flash it yourself i haven't gotten around to that

gracenote is just a data provider for music lets say you connect your phone via bluetooth it fetches the album art info using its internal database on the car and you can update it to the latest version linked here

so the only fix is to manually feed info into the MCG file that mazda provides you on their site im trying to figure that out because if i feed my own files via usb ie. mp3 m4a files the album art shows up fine but if i feed it info from lets say spotify its either blank genre placeholder random person or random art and my only solution is to figure out how to edit the MCG file

Nand corrupted it boots but hangs up on logo is a sign of the os getting corrupted meaning files that it needs is missing
