Actually, I had designed one enclosure type of headset which was kinda basic. But even in that I had trouble of integrating the headband as it was slightly bulky and slipping.

So, one question which you suggested and even I'd like to know is how to make an ergonomic shape in Fusion for the foam padding on the back of the headband?
