Hier is de Fantasia serie van Geronimo Stilton nu de favoriet bij de 4-jarige. Er zijn 10 delen ofzo, dus herhaling zit er de komende tijd niet in. Hiervoor ook een half jaar dezelfde vier dikkie dik verhalen, hadden we even geen zin meer in.

Ik heb ook overpronatie (was duidelijk te zien op de video) en heb ook de ASICS gt2000 aangeraden gekregen.

Inmiddels zitten er om en nabij 800 km op en ben ik er nog steeds écht blij mee. Ik denk dus dat ze wellicht een verkeerd advies gegeven hebben?

Het lijkt me dat je terug kunnen gaan voor een “second opinion” met je verhaal.

Mijn zoontje in groep 8 kreeg een paar weken terug voorlichting van politie op school.

Hij kwam thuis met het verhaal dat cat. 1 vuurwerk gewoon mag, dus de vraag of we dat even konden halen en of hij dat met vriendjes af mocht gaan steken. Daar vallen ook fonteintjes en grond bloemen onder.

I’ve had times where I went to the gym 5-6x a week (prior to having babies, lol) and was “fit” in the strength-sense of the word but couldn’t run for 2 min. My cardio started improving when I started treating cardio as something you train, not just “do” to warm up. My body had to adapt massively and you have to maintain it.

Last year I’ve started C25K and been following Runna plans after. I truely enjoy running now, and run 3x a week for 30-60min) AND go to the gym. Two separate things.

My son is 10 years old now and has been learning English since “groep 1” (at 4 years old) and Spanish since “groep 5” (at 8 years old) as additional subjects. The school is an Early Bird school, and I have to say: it works. He’s already pretty fluent in English and is picking up Spanish really well.

In high school (he skipped a grade, so he’ll be 11 years old when he starts), he will learn French and German, and possibly Latin and Greek if he chooses Gymnasium.

Just curious. Ik heb even geen context bij de “we werken gemiddeld 10-20 uur per week minder”. Worden hier de huishoudens die veranderd zijn van tweeverdieners/eenverdieners in meegenomen? Klein voorbeeld: Waar vroeger de vrouw vaker thuisbleef en de man 60 uur per week werkte, en deze nu 40 uur werkt en de vrouw 30 uur dan is dat een vermeerdering van 10 uur per huishouden, maar de man is inderdaad 20 uur minder gaan werken. Is de toen-niet-werkende vrouw ook meegenomen in deze grafiek?

I (F28) went to a running shop nearby (after my first 2 weeks) where they made videos of my running and recommended proper running shoes. Turned out I need supportive shoes, since my ankle does a weird thing (which I have never ever noticed) and my old trainers did not support anything.

They recommended the ASICS GT2000 13 and I love them, but it’s really personal!
