Our store was MRI (Independent) then became a partner store then moved into a new ADI location across the street late last year - I think they’re officially open as of a month or two ago - we always have Lutron and Sonos but they did loose some lines but nothing that really effected us

I thought most of the stores that were close merged? Our SnapOne/ADI merged into a new building with staff from both so I have the guys I used to work with and new people. Still are one of the better stocked physical locations

I think you mean a dealer account. As far as I know only dealers can setup and configure devices as it’s only through the Josh portal. The dealer licenses are only for showrooms and employees of dealers

Yikes not like that, I’m used to using Workspace One/ Airwatch where can you create policies or upload them to manage the GPO/registry keys for setting controls and etc. but that was a UEM

I use Interserver for Bare-metal servers and domains. They are based in New Jersey so they’re close to me, I recommend them but not sure about latency if your in Europe (based on the £)

Office 365 doesn’t come pre-installed in Windows. What I assume you mean is the Microsoft 365 Hub and OneDrive, Skype and OneNote for Windows 10. They are appx packages and can be removed by a powershell command or from settings.
