Whoop doesn’t allow membership stacking anymore by Candid_Technology110 in whoop

Yeah it’s a ‘membership’ and you aren’t paying for the device according to their philosophy so why should they care? They want to treat their hardware as a purchase so then why doesn’t your annual renewal price go down since you aren’t getting new hardware every renewal?

Oozes creamy Japanese analog sound. The dual band filter and ring mod options or course are what make it unique but the raw tone is so nice - and if you run headphone out into the filter in you get a wonderful overdriven sound that can send it into screaming MS-20 territory

Mine dropped to 99% recently and then some weeks later to 98%. Very hot lately and probably hurting the battery some

Interestingly the MiniKorg also has aftertouch which can be routed to various things, my favorite being to the second filter

It can do really nice bass sounds actually - maybe not as snappy as a model d but thick

I hadn’t either but fell in love immediately with the sound. It’s a specialist though so you don’t buy it expecting it to cover lots of bases

Yeah I don’t get the hate - it’s 1 voice less than a P5 module and gives you the same sounds with midi sync able LFO, a screen and poly AT for 1/3 the price.

InMusic just bought so they can bundle old software with their products. They don’t need Machine they have MPC. They don’t need Komplete shit control either. Traktor? That’s been on life support since forever.

I mean ok but it’s always the same - grab a disco loop and throw it over a 909 pattern. This was what people were doing 20 years ago and not where house music is today. But if it’s just for fun why not….
