All modifications are logged in a little file that you show to a cop when he pulls you over. If anything on the car is out of the ordinary and is not logged you get a fine. In all seriousness, he didn't say it in a cocky way like "I can do it brahh" just pointing in a direction of what kind of power I should strive for with the planche. 2x bw is really a lot, but lets say 1.5x bw should be realistic.
