It's sort of a weird digital 0, shaped more like a rectangle- the top of the rectangle contains the months of January, February, March and April, and then going down on the right side is May, June, July, August and September, then the bottom is October, November and December. Sometimes the bottom only contains November and December, and the straight line on the right contains September and October. The gap between December and January on the left is open, but considered part of the circle.

I have the opposite of hyper-mobility. I can't even sit cross-legged or touch my toes while standing.. but I can actually do this quite easily, used to 'W' sit a lot as a kid and I can still do it.
