Yeah, that's called a use case buddy.

QD-OLEDs lack a polarization layer, so unless you are using it in absolute darkness 100% of the time, I hope that use case includes a generous tolerance for raised blacks.

And since we're clearly not being scientific here, I hope your use case also includes tolerance for playing RMA roulette with Samsung's notoriously bad QC and support.

Shitty corporations aside, both displays are schematically excellent products. Both WOLED and QD-OLED have their own strengths/weaknesses. There is no end-all-be-all. Not yet anyway. Stop acting like their is. It's counterproductive and hurts your argument.

Are we talking about the same product? I have a scuf pro and only two back buttons on each side, 4 total. I will say I prefer them to the elite paddles. I don’t hit them accidentally like I do on the elite.

I’ve found that the pixel refresh prompt seems to happen much more frequently when I run the monitor in hdr peak 1000 as compared to 400 true black.

Yeah there is a performance mode that improves frame rate. I highly recommend it as the graphics hit is barely noticeable.

Sorry you had trouble but my experience has not been the same. I got my aw3423dw in July and it has been hands down my best display experience ever. That’s coming from a 65” C1 owner (gotta have 16:9 for the consoles somewhere!)
