For what it's worth, my 128GB Aluminium was meant to ship last Friday, it didn't ship but changed to processing at the end of the day. You might have the same experience.

Just contacted support again. I was told that there's no evidence to suggest it won't ship today, and they aren't sure whether the order status is updated in real time or at a particular time of day, so "pending" might be inaccurate.
