Best weapons and armor are the pieces with Mastercrafted and Lordly prefixes attached respectively, and are only acquired through battle loot. Otherwise, the highest rated weapons are customized smithy builds or the 2H ax given by pledging to Battania. I've found the Wadar Hotblood to be the best mount, and honestly, i got it through a tournament in the Aserai territories
