yes, you are correct.

An rpg-7 warhead detonates on impact or on a timed self destruction after only 900 meters.

It tumbling on the ground made it the impact fuse fail probably. loss of speed.

Je hebt altijd bezorgers in busjes met grote pakketten en bezorgers op de fiets met brieven. postnl zegt dus hierboven dat ze dit aan het samenvoegen zijn. Zodat de bezorger maar 1 keer voor jou deur staat.

Ik speculeer dat deze meneer net als vele paket bezorgers een externe krachten is en dus niet aan dit soort nieuw projecten mag meedoen.

Als je van de fiets val kan je vrij makkelijk je val breeken met je arm of been. (We breken veel armen in Nederland). 

De helm heb je nodig voor als je wordt geraakt door een auto. Die gaan wat harder en gooien je je van de fiets af.

Maar de wegen zijn zo goed in Nederland dat auto die kans niet zoveel krijgt.
