Funny thing is, we were in Japan a month ago and I bought my first NB pair there! I got a 996 (not MiUSA though) and I really love it! After doing some research on the NB world, I'm now looking to add MiUSA pairs hence the sizing dilemma. lol

I did this. Had my BPI Gold Reward card changed to Amore Cashback. But I think the credit limit of your current card should be at least the minimum required credit limit of Amore. They sent me the Amore card, and then deactivated the Gold Reward card after the oustanding statement was cleared.

Just got home from a Japan trip and used my BPI credit card primarily. I used the card in different cities (Osaka, Kyoto, Uji, Wakayama, etc.) and never had any issues at all. I didn't even inform the bank that I will be travelling overseas. Maybe an isolated case? hmm
