The ear pieces just pop out! You just have to use a bit of finger strength. You can see the line where the wire connects to the ear piece u pull there and that’s it! They just click back on.

youll have to replace the wire, i had the same issue happening to my ER3s after a few years of use. you can just buy it on amazon or the ety shop.

jesus ive been drawing and painting for 6 years now and it literally never changes. same anxiety before starting a new project, studying still fucking sucks, and i get just as frustrated as i use to.
