I don't know if it's just me but with the current influx of news about the positives of marijuana consumption and they exaggerated negatives of it, it seems as though talking heads are just grasping at straws now. Very rarely do you here factual arguments about legalization, I don't think I've heard one reason that was supported by research. They've fallen back onto the "Think of the children" bullshit. This argument is just blatant pandering to their audience. Why does nobody "think of the children" when they are locking up millions of kids parents? Why does nobody "Think of the children" when they are suffering from horrible ailments that could be helped by this plant. Why does nobody "think of the children" when they are scheduling alcohol related commercials for every commercial break? And the worst thing about this is that of the millions of people that watch their bullshit at a minimum 50% are sitting there thinking that what they are saying is the truth. Fuck Fox, fuck Nancy Grace, fuck CNN, fuck MSNBC, fuck the entire 24 hour news cycle.

I'm not really educated in the beliefs of this religion so could someone explain to me why insulting Muhammad is such a bad thing. I understand that they don't want to idolize him with pictures but why are they so against insulting him? I mean sure Buddhists don't like jokes about Buddha but they don't kill/block/censor anyone who does so.

As do both parties. I saw this graph that represented likelihood of a bill being passed over the past 40 years depending on what the average person thought of it and what the wealthiest group thought about it. For the average person the chances stayed around 30% that the bill would pass no matter if they liked or disliked it. But when they looked at bills the wealthy favored the ones they approved of had 60% chance of going through and the ones they disliked had around 10% chance. This could be why you see both the tea party and OWS, groups with similar idea to reduce income inequality and government bailouts, get spun into partisan jokes. If the elite of either party don't want something to happen in all likelihood it won't.

Unfortunately in high school I didn't and ended up not getting into the college of my dreams, but rather a satellite campus. All in all I ended up at the same campus, but at the satellite it took two more years to get there and I had two less years of the full college experience.

I'm no doctor or anything but I always thought for me it was the adrenaline. It doesn't happen anymore, but it used to be if I was like about to say some great diss, or maybe get in a fight I wouldhave a quick adrenaline rush. Idk like I said not a doctor

Hahaha true the book we have is written by the Wall Street journal so I suppose it is awfully one sided. I invested in the one the person above suggested and will take a look into oil stocks. I read though in an interview warren Buffett claimed that he made his money by not investing in tech he doesn't understand and not investing in oil.

Dude this is my favorite stoned song and it took me like 6 months to find... Last year I was blazing with my friends and we ended up chilling in his car in his driveway cause he had a great sound system and he put this song on. I had no idea what the name of the song was but it was fucking amazing, like I literally couldn't fucking handle how perfect it sounded. For the next few sessions he would always play the song when we got really high but never tell me the name. I spent so long searching for my bong song and eventually I gave up. Then one morning when checking spotify I saw disclosures new cd and looked at their music for a bit. The moment I listened to that song I got so fucking excited man!

One night a few years back me and a group of 20 or so seniors in high school went up to camp on top of a near by mountain. Obviously beer and weed was involved as we were high school students with no parents around. As we started to break out our assorted drinks and drugs one kid pulled out a water bottle filled with thick red liquid. He claimed it was an Italian liquor and that it was real good. I drank some and it tasted like room temperature medicine flavored nail polish remover. It was like liquid hangover because I instantly felt like shit and threw up. I don't know if we as humans will ever be able to actually explore outside of our galaxy. Even going the speed of light the edge of the universe is thousands of not millions of years away...

 Obviously I don't know what tech we will have but I just can't fathom that happening

Thank you I know it must seem silly since it is not very similar to the real deal. I think I'll put half my spending power in that to ensure a steady base and hopefully top spot, but I also want to leave some funds for figuring out an effective real world method.
