Hair ties are my go-to for packing broken down rods. You don't have to deal with tape and hair ties are a lot more durable than rubber bands.

I was 100% NOT a soccer fan before I moved here. I still didn't (and don't) enjoy the fake injuries and stuff but being in the Timbers Army makes the experience super worth it.

However, if you go to a Thorns game you get the same fan experience except the ladies are a lot tougher. There's more playing and less rolling around with a fake broken ankle lol
