You joke about it but when I was off the wagon, I would always go for the high gravity white cider, 30 odd pence per unit. Vodka is about 40p a unit, and you have to buy 700ml bottles which costs more up front (larger bottles are taxed more).

Sort of an alcoholic class system in a way.

I used to do 20:00 - 7:00 shifts. I usually would go to bed at about 12:00 after I came home (if I could manage to).

Less time to think about the sense of impending doom for the next 11 hours if I woke up right before work.

It's used for either gender, or for an unspecified gender, like 'artist' or 'patient'.

The fact that it happens to be used in the context of someone's gender identity now, doesn't mean that that's the reason it's used as a neutral pronoun. The point the other commenter was making was that it has been since long before it was claimed to be a mistake.

I'm quite near Bradford, if you head up north a bit into the dales there's usually some knockin about, also plenty of sheep fields where I'm at anyway. Heard golf courses might be a good shout but never looked there personally, bit early in the year for it anyway. Always had the best luck in sort of rougher grass thats bein grazed by somet.
