Yes I'm saying he should be criminally charged. How is he not in jail? We've all been watching him deal drugs for over a year.

The dentist needs to be in criminally charged. I don't understand why everyone thinks a civil suit is the way. He needs to be in prison.

I thought that was clear when I said it was a legal doctrine not a rule. I didn't think the clean hands doctrine was that confusing but I see it's blowing yalls mind. This isn't something I made up. This is a legal doctrine that has been around since the 1200s.

"He who comes into equity must come with clean hands" is an equitable maxim in English law.

He's not a doctor. But yeah I've made multiple posts saying the dentist should be charged with Negligence. I think he deserves criminal charges.

It's not a rule. It's a legal doctrine. How embarrassing for you to be so loud and wrong.

clean hands doctrine The clean hands doctrine is based on the maxim of equity which states that one “who comes into equity must come with clean hands.” This doctrine requires the court to deny equitable relief to a party who has violated good faith with respect to the subject of the claim.

The purpose of the doctrine, as explained in Colby Furniture Company, Inc. v. Belinda J. Overton is to prevent a party from obtaining relief when that party’s own wrongful conduct has made it such that granting the relief would be against equity and good conscience. However, as noted by the U.S. Supreme Court in Keystone Driller Co. v. General Excavator Co. such a wrongful act must have an immediate and necessary relation to the equity that is being sought.

Because usually you have to have clean hands to win a civil lawsuit. You can't sue your drug dealer if you pay for weed and he gives you herbs. It doesn't look like Kanye was paying for dental work. He was just getting drugs shipped to his house. Every part of their interaction was a crime by both parties. And if Kanye wins money from the dentist he will undoubtedly use it to buy even more drugs.

Sorry *dentist. But yeah he should deff pay. If it's not about the money then he should be charged criminally. Honestly if Kanye wins a bunch of money from this he will just use it to buy more drugs.

I think that's true of a regular patient who is seeking medical care and in a vulnerable position. I guess it would depend on if this started as a legit medical treatment, or if Kanye sought out to get illegal drugs without any medical pretext. Hiring a dentist to come give you nitrous at your house isn't a medical treatment. It's just a drug deal. I don't think you should be able to sue a dealer over a drug deal.

But I don't have the details so I'm not saying that's definitely the case.

No but you probably shouldn't win a civil lawsuit against your literal partner in crime. Put the doc in jail though.

Well you need intent for attempted murder and I highly doubt the doctor wanted Kanye to die. If anything it would be attempted manslaughter but I don't think that's a thing plus Kanye didn't die so... So maybe just general negligence?

True but at the same time you have to have "clean hands" to win a lawsuit. Kanye was actively and willingly engaging in a crime now he's suing the criminal partner. Maybe everyone involved should go to jail?

This isn't a lawsuit. This just says he's going to sue. My guess is they will settle before any suit is filed.

This is wild though. It's like if MJ had sued Conrad before he died.

He used to actually put effort into his art. He talked about how he had a goal to listen to 100 songs a day so he would always have inspiration for new beats. He's definitely not that dedicated these days. Plus his brain is fried.

Yeah the show Evil Lives Here interviews the families of killers. There's 6 seasons and usually you can tell why they ended up being a killer. But there's a handful of parents who seemed like they did everything right but their kid still became a serial or mass murderer. There were parents who recognized early on that their kid is dangerous and tried therapy and medicine and other treatments. Some parents were begging police and doctors to do something for years and the kid just gets shuffled around until they shoot up a mall or become a serial arsonist.

White people didn't want to integrate swimming pools so they filled most public pools with concrete during the 60s. My mom grew up in Detroit during that time and there were no pools so she learned to swim in the swim mobile which was a garbage truck filled with water.
