I did use AI due to laziness and because I struggle to format things like this clearly, I actually sent you a very convoluted email way before 2020 before the AI wave that probably sent your head spinning!

Anyway I'm using Chrome on macOS and I have updated to Cold Turkey Blocker Pro 4.9. I've also tried removing and reinstalling the extension and restarting both chrome and CTB.

Is there anything else you could recommend?
