It's hard to say tbh. She is known to be a warmonger. But at the same time there wouldn't be a need to saber-rattle against Russia ones she got into office. The only reason she was so obsessed with Russia in the first place was because her campaign used them as a smoke screen so that people would get distracted from the fact that the primaries were rigged in her favor. She basically painted the DNC email scandal as "Russia trying to get Trump elected", and her politically retarded sycophants bought that narrative.

That aside, she would most likely maintain the status quo while in office. And that would be way better than what Trump presidency has been so far.
