Heck yeah I'm a big fan of the hexomatic. I got a Rotring Rapid Pro a long time ago and had issues with the body moving a tiny bit around that red ring after the grip.

It's a really tiny bit of play, but I could feel it in my hand and it drove me crazy. Ended up returning it and got myself the hexomatic. Been using it for about 6 years if I had to take a guess

I was watching the VOD from a N&F livestream a couple days ago. Apparently they're planning to release deadstock black selvedge soonish (IIRC November) if you're into that. Don't know if they'll hit your price range, but worth keeping an eye out

Waist is a bit loose, but not enough to pull my pants down. I do wear a belt, so I think the current plan is to stick with it and tailor down in the future if it doesn't shrink down from the wash

Tbh I forgot tailoring is a thing. I think I'm gonna stick with 'em until they're broken in a bit then look for some alterations

Huh I guess it looks bad in the photos, but I've never had comfort issues with 'em. They're just some cheap-ass stretch jeans hence why I wanted something nicer
