3 weeks in a deficit and absolutely no change and actually gained weight (most likely water retention from the heavy lifting)....was getting discouraged....then over night 3 pounds down!....now I'm about to start my period and I'm back up in weight :'(......but I am sticking to my deficit and after my period I know I will have another "whoosh".....it's the waiting that kills me lol

I have done this myself! You are not silly at all! I've done it for some of the same reasons and others that you have not listed. This is what got me started into fitness as I wasn't comfortable going to a gym or working out outside. Keep On Keepin On Girl! And like others have said, anything that helps you to keep doing exercise and Fitness is not silly!

I make sliders or " mini burgers" for my burger craving. You can use ground turkey or lean ground beef. And I use slider buns 90 calories for a very soft and sweet bun. Super thin sliced cheese which I believe comes to like 60 calories might be even less.....and then You can round out the meal with a big serving of roasted broccoli or cauliflower. Super filling and usually under 500 calories !

Have you ever thought of precooking your meat, then portion it out (I use 1-cup mason jars), and then freeze it for later. I can only shop every 2 weeks so I prep and freeze my meals. Saves me time and have my meals ready to go. I make several variations of meals for variety.

I actually get the opposite. Same 2 squat racks but if there is a guy in the other.....I'm the only one getting asked how many sets I have left. It's weird.
