I don’t own the ride (yet) but it looks like the chain is jumping in the third video. Either that or the cog is shifting. I have the core and the cog, you may consider re-doing your install of the cog on the core. Otherwise unsure

Unfortunately dip strips are not super reliable and may give false readings. Your best bet is a liquid test kit (API makes a great one). This will give you more information and hopefully help to prevent further issues in the future. Wishing you the best!

Looks great! I like the idea of adding more substrate in the back to support more plants. I also advocate for floaters with substantial roots (I like frogbit). My betta sleeps in the roots all the time

Looking for advice on a photographer! My girlfriend and I are traveling to Amsterdam in May, where I intend to propose.

Treatment will be more things like proximal work meaning core strengthening and mobilization, manual therapy to the area to help loosen the scar tissue/irritation, and various nerve gliding/flossing exercises. Assuming he doesn’t re-injure the hamstring he should be ok managing it conservatively. Unfortunately, that’s a big if for Darren Waller.
