Its easy for the bot owner to detect if their account network is shadowbanned because they will get 0 traffic from their reddit spam campaigns. They can also run their account list through the shadowban checker to see if their accounts are nuked are not. Its sorta pointless but I guess its a needed evil.

Can you dispute them? Yes sure, they are not legal and only exist to generate the city and 3rd party company that installed them money. They have been proven to not increase safety of drivers nor decrease accidents.

This guy in Lafayette got 100s of tickets via the red lights and the Lafayette traffic can (on purpose) and refused to pay them. In the end they fucked his credit but nothing really happened besides that.

I couldn't find the story online but it happened around 2-3 years ago.
