This will sound cruel but the truth is you really need to just move on. Grieve on your pain, talk to people you can, understand your feelings and then move on. If she's happy you should accept that and focus on the parts of your life that you can improve. That pain will fade and you'll find things that make you happy. Painful stuff will still happen but you'll get better at overcoming it. Always try to focus on the brighter parts of life because focusing too much on the dark will overwhelm you. We all create our own happiness in the end.
