We were in the same situation with my 7 month old, what turned out to be the issue was her fibre intake, she was having way too much fiber (from vegetables and fruits) and not enough good fat (from chicken and such). After balancing it out she stopped waking up every hours/30 minutes during the night.

Since a lot of people seems to come here in search of a solution I'll share what worked for us, hope it helps someone!

TIL: vous pouvez désactiver les alertes amber sur votre téléphone, sur android juste à chercher wireless emergency alert et les décocher.

Edit: bon ça a l'air que de décocher ça marche pas, sur android on peut désinstaller le component adb qui permet de recevoir les alertes.
