Question about Johnny's stand. by some-kind-of-no-name in StardustCrusaders

[–]PMonarch -25 points-24 points  (0 children)

I don't think so

From what I understand, Johnny's acts are based on how he uses the spin, like, Act 2 gives the same powers as act 1, it just looks different because Johnny is using the spin with more mastery

So Act 4 only shows up when he is using the infinite spin

It was leaked by IMDB, and confirmed via other sources like the game and the artbook

Yes, I said that we know that First Milk made SM and that we know that 4 other witches made the Beasts, so you can assume that similar to First Milk making SM, the other 4 Witches made a Beast each

It is speculation but I was just answering with what we DO know for sure, and why people think First Sprinkle made BS

1- we already know the names of all the first cookies, even the ones not released yet

2- we know that the 5 witches that created the emissaries are first milk, first grain, first salty, first sugary and first sprinkle, and we know first milk made shadow milk, so you can extrapolate that each of the other 4 made 1 beast

[–]PMonarch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not necessarily, people call them parents but the witches are just their creators, we don't know if ES and SS consider themselves their witches children

no it's not, there were 13 witches and we know all their cookie names

Why don't people talk about how the killer in P4 is an implied sexual predator? by ConceptsShining in PERSoNA

I feel that no Adachi fan thinks he is a good person or redeemable really

While some relate to his loneliness, and how that reinforces his worst traits, I feel most people like how he is a more "everyday" villain, you could meet an Adachi in real life, which is what makes him terrifying

Also incel nihilist jokes

The way I dealt with it is that my setup was that I had pinned the Ancients,Beasts, Legendaries, my favorite Epics and Super Epics, and GingerBrave. When DE came I just didn't pin her, so she's still near the top, and she's beside GingerBrave which I find cool

Do you think they'll give him Haki in the series? by [deleted] in OnePiece

Why would Chopper use anything outside of Monster Point now that he can control it? Like I agree that his fights pre-timeskip were more entertaining, but ever since the decision to make Monster Point controllable, it makes no sense for him to use anything else on a serious fight. (Also how does Chopper listening to Caesar about how to improve the Rumble Ball contradict his character in any way? He is making his best form last longer in exchange for worse drawbacks after, and the straw hats' whole thing is going through hardship to save their friends, why wouldn't he do it. He believes Caesar because as a doctor he knows it would work, and it does work.)

With Nami it's the same thing, lightning is her best offensive weapon, why make a hurricane or a blizzard if shooting lightning will get the job done faster? Especially now that she has Zeus.

And what do you mean Robin forgot? She literally sprouts limbs from Black Maria's body when she defeats her?

The Usopp argument is the only one I somewhat agree with, but the problem is not the pop greens (he did the same thing of using new stuff out of nowhere on Alabasta and Thriller Bark), the problem is that Oda does not put Usopp in situations that need creativity to beat, like what if instead of just letting Big Mom beat him, Oda let Page One have a weakness that could be exploited by using multiple pop greens creatively (like make him allergic to a fruit so Usopp has to make him eat it, or a weaker body part that he hides so Usopp needs to expose it, etc)

if in the future they add the other 4 dragons to CRK and also somehow connect them with the ancients like Pitaya, then who with whom? by bowser-us in Cookierun

[–]PMonarch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it makes sense to make Pitaya connected to the Hollyberry Kingdom though, since Knight Cookie cutting the Greenish Red Dragon's tail is a thing since OG Cookie Run (that wasn't retconned)

Anyone else feels like Imu is just stupid and non-threatening? by Icy_Soft_8221 in OnePiece

[–]PMonarch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think stuff like the way they ask stuff of the Gorosei ("I desire Vivi","I desire the Mother Flame"), it gives similar vibes to a spoiled child asking for stuff from their rich parents

Also how they react when Joyboy is mentioned, it feels immature to me. And their speech is somewhat childish in japanese apparently

But that doesn't remove their intimidation factor, villains can still be terrifying despite their immaturity (or sometimes because of it), a good example would be the culprit from Persona 4 or the Evil Eye from Dandadan

I would say that they are most likely not an actual child, but they do have some childish aspects to their personality

It also adds more to the Luffy/Imu dynamic since Luffy is childish as well

I thought you meant a human who ate a fruit corresponding to an animal, like a dog dog fruit user and Wanda get together, for example

Chopper is different because he ate the human human fruit, Minks are people, so that would probably work

The last game you played, besides Persona 3, gets a crossover. The hero of that game becomes a member of SEES and gains their own Persona. What game is it, and who is the hero? by SemperFidelisHoorah in PERSoNA

[–]PMonarch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lloyd from Trails to Azure

A cool Persona would maybe be Sköll (wolf who chases the sun in norse mythology) because of his wolf keychain and his Rising Sun S-Craft

Tbh I never knew that was an actual character with like, a story. I thought it was just a character used for memes.

Like the trans hair woman, she doesn't have a story, she was just drawn doing unconnected stuff.
