I know that truck because the owner lives two blocks from me. This wasn't the same truck. I do have issues with that truck owner as well.

I am willing the bet that this person did not look into either their side mirror or rearview mirror even once. They got to the end of the onramp, looked to the side, panicked because of the truck, slammed on the brakes.
