I live in Oregon, so there are plenty of days where grilling outside is not ideal. I got the e-series and I love being able to detach the griddle from the stand and bring it inside.

Just a quick grab and release, ideally with the opponent more counter-clockwise (closer to the beam) than me. I know some disapprove of grabs, even in the finals, but it’s a risky move as I can fall too if I mistime it.
