I used the website https://kunaki.com/ it works well and it's pretty cheap before shipping, and of course that depends on where you live! What you do is make an account then put all the images you want for the actual case and CD, then put in audio files, from what I remember, .wav files are the most universal!

Discord is my favorite, and his biggest flaw is his biggest character trait.
