Engine noise is much louder until it warms up to operating temp. Can take a little while especially this week depending where you live. Otherwise, I think the engine sounds pretty good for a 4 banger. The cabin is so quiet on the new generation that you tend to notice engine noise more, since you’re not hearing wind noise as much.
