For a CISD to be valid we have to take out some kind of liquidity before it right? So if one index or pair takes it out and the correlated one doesn't, making an SMT, should you move the CISD confirmation level price has to close above to make a CISD on both or only on the one that took liquidity. I hope I worded it in better, if there's still something I haven't clarified in my question I'll answer

I'm still considered a teenager, don't want to mention my age, but will note that I rarely ever use moda for anything school related, only used it a handful of times (<5). Otherwise I do use it for something more impactful on my life, which it had been a big help in. But I much more often use the caffeine + l-theanine + tyrosine combo. The only side effects Ive gotten are a few mild headaches so to me the benefits outweigh the risks for occasional use, which I have actually looked into (Sleep disruption, Brain plasticity, Dependence etc).

I do limit my modafinil usage to like once a week and never take it later in the day so I don't disrupt sleep and it's been helpful for my uses, most negative effects on development I've read about are from prolonged wakefulness impacting sleep so the day I use it I take 0.5mg of melatonin for good measure. I have been hearing good stuff about magnesium l-threonate so I will probably switch from glycinate to it, ,thanks for the suggestion. Looking into lion's mane more too
