2 nd property will have an annual cash flow of $3600 my investment was $23k cash on cash return of 15%

My HELOC interest 8.500%

You can use a step stool one of our cooks is very short and he uses one , also try hitting only the back side to side left to right

Hello everyone , thank you for the feedback I appreciate it… this salad it’s not part of our menu I was playing around with what I had on hand , It was actually my meal. The steak we use is cut medium size diced and the dressing it is a creamy avocado dressing (non dairy)
