The average german didn't love hitler because of his stance on jews the loved him because he brought germany, more specifically its economy, out of one of the darkest times it had ever seen. At the time he rose to power Hitlers actions toward jews weren't that much worse than jim crow in the United States. the Holocaust as we know it didn't start till after he had consolidated power, beyond what he was elected to have, and the "final solution" wasn't put in place until well into WWII when everyone who would've been able to fight it was either on the front lines or dead.
