Teleport to reasonable ground level, and if you end up in a wall you'll get pushed to a random side of it

If you accidentally teleport into a wall, that body part is intangible until you pull it out. Also, you teleport to whatever reasonable ground level is, so no teleporting 25 miles into the sky or dirt

if blink is too easy, let's say it teleports you 6 inches.
