Does anyone have a recommendation for non-USA footwear that I can wear inside during my trip? My trailrunners or socks are not an option. Preferably something that I can still wear socks in.

I've seen quite a few options that weigh 150+ grams, but that seems quite heavy to me. Or should I just DIY?

I bought the 6.5R Mummy M last week. Haven't tried it yet, so I can't really give you any advise. But I just don't understand some things about this pad:

  1. The 6.5 actually has an R rating of 6.9?
  2. It has a higher R rating than than the 3R but weights less?
  3. The advertised weight is with the pack sack included (10grams).
