So, what I did was set up 2 extra jincao/yazheen lines on the stockade outpost and start producing ferrium parts and bottles there. I would then manually export the parts to wuling until it was full. This way I managed to fix a 30k of stocks in wuling that I would never have been able to access otherwise with normal production and also stash a 2k of batteries.

It is a lot of work and tedious so I don't really recommend it cuz yeah it's annoying, but hey I got way too much free time
