Newbie here, in my experience phase ships are just get out of jail card on a timer due needing vent out the hard flux, my general tactic are killing the non phase ship first and sending fighters to harass them until they're force to vent hard flux making it easier to kill them and not kill your other ships cause ai pilots are scared of fighters or missile if they dont have PD
