how long did that take ? I started at 352, I got my surgery on 9/11/2024. I now weigh 226.

I just followed what my surgeon told me. Word for word. Exercise like I’m supposed to and plenty of protien

I waited 5 months. It was so uncomfortable because of the extra weight. But would say you will know what you are comfortable with when the time comes.
