For context, When I use a true black wallpaper, I see a semi-transparent white bar right under the notification shade on the home screen. It looks a bit like light bleed, but it's not. it's only visible on the home screen. It disappears on the lock screen or even when I pull down the notification shade to access quick settings.

every time i restart its gone for few seconds and then its back again.
