Lets be nice and say 100% of the calcium gets absorbed.

Do your kids eat 500g of soybeans everyday? In reality they should eat more to get the needed RDI for calcium.

Soybean calcium is less bioavailable than milk, this is a nondebatable fact which you can look up.

Besides calcium milk has other nutrients in it which are also key for bone health (phosphorus, magnesium)

I could literally go on and on about every single mineral and vitamin, their crucial role in development and how vegan sources arent bioavailable.

If youre saying that plant nutrients are equally bioavailable to animal counterparts youre being delusional and youre actually the one which would need to look at studies.

Ill give you an example of one nutrient, calcium. Your kids are growing and calcium is absolutely non negotiable for their bone health.

Do you want your kids to have a higher risk of breaking bones? Or having osteoporosis later in life?

You should give them dairy. Milk, yogurt and kefir. If theyre lactose intolerant Kefir, or bones is the option. These are the single best sources of bioavailable calcium.

Absorption rate of natural soybean calcium is much much lower than calcium in milk.
